We want to make sure that you only undergo the tests you need to give you meaningful and useful data.
Therefore, we will manually book you in after a free 20-minute consultation. Use the link on the website to book yourself in or e us if you can’t find a time that suits you.

Once you’re booked in, you will receive a package with information on what to do and not to do in preparation for your test.

Fitness watches and smart watches are excellent trackers. That means that during exercise, they can give you very useful GPS data and real-time heart rate tracking data.
However, training zones, maximum heart rate and other performance metrics are based exclusively on an algorithm. This means that the output is not specific to you and your needs.
Getting tested gives you a scientific insight into your unique characteristics which can then be used with your watch.

Depending on your sport and your needs, it is recommended that you complete your retest 8 weeks to 3 months from your first test.
This gives you enough time to train and induce adaptations.

After your test, you will receive a report within 48h.
You will then be provided the opportunity to arrange for an online meeting to discuss your results. I encourage you to have your coach join in on the conversation so they can understand how to use this data.
