Our Process

Through an online consultation we gain a deeper understanding of your needs, your current performance and what the best approach for you is.
Get tested! We will get you fitted, warmed up and tasted. Tests last no longer than 1:30h. Naturally, individual tests are a lot shorter than bundles.
Before coming in, you will receive a series of instructions and documents to fill out in preparation for your test.

You will receive a tailored report within 48h of completing your testing.
You will also be given the option to join a 1-2-1 call or get your coach involved where we go through the results, what they mean and how you can implement them into your training to maximise performance.
